Plain-English TL;DR
We collect as little as we can get away with: your email if you join the waitlist, anonymous usage stats, and ad identifiers only if you say yes to tracking. We never sell your data, we never track your health conditions, and you can delete anything of yours with one email.
1. What we collect
The app: anonymous usage analytics (screens visited, routines completed, streaks) via our analytics SDK, and advertising identifiers only if you opt in through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you use the free tier, our ad partners receive standard ad-serving signals — never your workout history or health notes.
The site: privacy-first, cookieless analytics (no consent banner needed — nothing tracks you across other sites). If you join the waitlist we store your email address to send you the launch announcement, plus the page you signed up from for our own channel attribution. That's it.
2. What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal data — to anyone, ever.
- Track health conditions, diagnose, or profile you medically.
- Harvest data mid-workout or read anything you don't type into a form on purpose.
3. Third parties
A short list: Apple (App Store, subscriptions, and — if you opt in — advertising identifiers), our ad mediation partners on the free tier (standard ad serving under ATT), our cookieless analytics vendor, and our email sender (the launch announcement). Each receives the minimum needed to do their job.
4. Your data rights
Want your data, or want it gone? Email hello@fasciaspring.xyz and we'll export or delete everything tied to you, then confirm in writing. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents: this covers access, deletion, and opt-out requests as well.
5. Children
FasciaSpring is a general fitness product, not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If a child's data reached us by mistake, email us and it's gone immediately.
6. Contact
Privacy questions of any kind: hello@fasciaspring.xyz. We answer.
