1. The service

FasciaSpring is a fitness app and website offering guided fascia-training routines and related educational content. By using the app or site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms:

• Weekly — $4.99/wk with a 7-day free trial, renewing weekly until cancelled.
• Monthly — $9.99/mo with a 7-day free trial, renewing monthly until cancelled.
• Yearly — $39.99/yr with a 7-day free trial, renewing yearly until cancelled.

All prices in USD; your App Store account is charged at confirmation and at each renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings on your iPhone or at appleid.apple.com — cancelling stops future renewals; per Apple policy, the current period isn't pro-rated. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The free tier includes core routines with light, rewarded ads. 3. Health disclaimer

FasciaSpring provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Nothing in the app or on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop any exercise that causes pain, and consult a clinician before starting new exercise — particularly if you are pregnant, managing an injury, or have a medical condition.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no reselling access, no attempting to break or overload it, no uploading content you don't have rights to. Your account is yours; keep your Apple ID credentials yours.

5. Intellectual property

The FasciaSpring app, site, routines, artwork, and copy are our work and protected by applicable law. You may reference and link to us freely; you may not copy the app's content wholesale into a competing product.

6. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasciaSpring is provided \"as is\" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (usually $0 — the service is your choice, your body is your responsibility, and gentle is the method). Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced in-app; continuing to use FasciaSpring after an update means you accept it.
